Rowdy

Rowdy is our keeper female from the Selleck x Sonny breeding, littermate to our stud dog, Quest, and every bit as promising. She’s a lovely young female with a confident, stable temperament and a fun loving, opinionated streak. Whether she’s lounging with the family or out training, Rowdy is always happy to be involved.

True to her name, Rowdy isn’t afraid to take charge. She can be bossy and a bit demanding, always ready to stir up friendly competition with the other dogs, especially if there’s a toy or attention involved. But it’s all part of her big personality and she brings that same fire to everything she does.

Structurally, Rowdy is a well balanced bitch with solid bone and substance, offering a strong foundation for both work and future breeding. She’s been introduced to sheep and showed natural instinct early on, but her real passion is in disc. Rowdy just started competing in UpDog and is closing in on her Disc Dog Bronze title. She brings drive, focus, and just the right amount of chaos to the sport.

We’ll be working toward obedience titles in the near future while continuing to explore her versatility. Rowdy is expected to have her first litter in 2025 and we’re excited to see this bold, homegrown girl continue to shine in and out of the spotlight.
